Celtic Frost is dead, long live Triptykon! After irreconcilable personal differences forced Tom G. Warrior to lay Celtic Frost to rest after the monumental «Monotheist» -album, the legendary Swiss is back with his new band Triptykon. Continuing where the mighty Frost ended, «Eparistera Daimones» is a deeply personal and monumentally heavy piece of work, recalling some of Celtic Frost’s darkest and most disturbing moments. Those of you who still miss Celtic Frost can rest easy, as Mr. Warrior has personally assured us that Triptykon will perform a cross selection of Frost – and Triptykon-material. They play Saturday, August 28, at USF Verftet.
